Advance Water Purification System – Scanship, Carnival Magic Class

Matmarine was contracted by Scanship to execute the installation of an advanced water purification system aboard a Carnival Magic class vessel. The project involved assembly of equipment, extensive prefabrication and installation of piping systems, construction of new foundations, and deployment of BIO tanks within an existing tank structure using over 20 tons of structural steel. In addition to mechanical works, the team handled the full scope of electrical installations. All materials—including GF and stainless steel piping, structural steel, profiles, and electrical cables and components—were sourced and delivered by Matmarine. The project stands out for its precision in integration within a limited space and its alignment with modern environmental standards.
